Hello I am Maria Cortez/West, a South American Indigenous/European Shaman, Spiritual Coach, Empath, and Breathwork Practitioner, who is also bilingual (Español and English).

In 2014 I started on my spiritual journey and was able to start healing from my past traumas and everyday life stress. I also began to regain my self‐confidence, self‐worth, and was awakened to my life’s purpose.
